DigitalPunkers, a product studio based in Prague, operates this website and decides how personal data submitted through it is processed. Reach us at hello@digitalpunkers.com.

• Contact data — the name, email address and message content you send us when you write to us. Basis: our legitimate interest in answering you, and the steps leading to a contract.
• Technical data — IP address, browser and device type in server logs, kept for security and troubleshooting.
• Usage data — anonymous page statistics, only if you enable analytics cookies.

Enquiries: up to 24 months after the last message, unless a project starts — then for the duration of the cooperation and the statutory retention period. Server logs: up to 6 months. Analytics: up to 14 months.

Only processors that help us run the site and communicate: hosting and infrastructure providers, email services and analytics tooling. They act on our instructions and are bound by data-processing agreements. We do not sell personal data.

Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to hello@digitalpunkers.com and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Czech Data Protection Authority (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů).
